Login Problems

  • Students: Check that your userid is preceeded by a lower case s. For example if your student number is 201600123, your userid is s201600123.
  • Staff: Check that your userid is preceeded by a lower case p. For example if your NUL employment number is 201600123, your userid is p201600123.

If you are still unable to login to Thuto and you are either a staff member/student, reset your password.
If you are a guest (e.g. guest lecturer), reset your password here.

Registering your Email on Thuto

It is important that your Thuto profile is linked to your email address. Among others, this will enable Thuto to deliver notifications to you and also allow you to change/reset your password at any time you need to. Navigating Help

You can navigate to any Help article by clicking on the title of a collection name in the contents pane on the left to expand the collection, and then clicking on the article title.

Searching Help

You can search Help content by entering a search term or phrase in the search pane on the left, and clicking on the Search button. Search results are ranked by relevance.

Tool Help

Tool Help

While using a tool, you can go directly to the Help for that tool by clicking on the Help icon in the tool title bar.
